We're sorry if you've suffered an accident or have to make a claim on your insurance policy. That's why you have insurance - to protect you when something bad happens. As your broker, we're here to guide you every step along the way. If think you’re not being treated fairly, need some help along the way or want to share your positive experience with us, just let us know! We’re always here for you.

As your independent broker, we’ll do our best to make your claim experience a smooth one. If you have a claim and would like our assistance, we will be happy to speak with you. In most cases, you will need to speak directly with the Insurance company to report the details but we can help to make sure that your claim is processed correctly.

To begin, please contact our office immediately. We will in turn notify the insurance company. After your claim is processed, we will follow-up with you to ask about your experience and make sure you were treated well.
